1. Set healthy and SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely.

SMART goals are:
Specific: Well defined, clear, and unambiguous
Measurable: With specific criteria that measure your progress toward the accomplishment of the goal
Achievable: Attainable and not impossible to achieve
Realistic: Within reach, realistic, and relevant to your life purpose
Timely: With a clearly defined timeline, including a starting date and a target date. The purpose is to create urgency.
2. Plan, prioritize, and monitor your daily goals.

Always, be ready with your plan. On the daily basis, create a list of tasks you need to do as per priority. For Example, I will add my English subject assignment at the top because I have to submit it tomorrow, and the Hindi assignment later as it is simple and the submission date is after two days. You can create weekly, monthly, and yearly plans as well for a better understanding of your goal path.
3. Remove distractions.
Know your distractions, always be aware of things that divert your attention. This is important because usually, we don't realize when and what distracts us. For example: If I know that social media notifications are distracting me from completing my assignment. I will make sure that I turn off the app. notification or do something that will help me avoid it.
4. Always keep track of your strengths and weaknesses.
Self-awareness plays a vital role in how we understand ourselves and how we relate to others and the world. Being aware of our own strengths and weakness allows you to evaluate yourself in relation to others and with the environment. Individuals with a high sense of self-awareness are always good decision-makers and are in a better position to make the best out of every situation.
5. Reward yourself for progress.

Motivation will surely be a great way to improve your behavior or actions towards your goal. Have a "me" time, do what you love! develop hobbies, go out and play. Never overdo any activity, according to your plan balance your schedule.
6. Keep on practicing as practice makes a man perfect.

7. Evaluate your failures and learn from your mistakes.

8.Review your habits and replace bad habits with good habits.
